STARS Conference Medals: Gold, Silver, and Bronze

The STAR Society offers a unique opportunity for researchers, professionals, and students to showcase their research, extension and education work in agriculture and allied sectors. STAR Society awards Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals to participants based on their presentations in the STARS conference. This recognition is intended to encourage and reward excellence in research presentations within the agricultural sector.

Medal Categories:

  • Gold Medal – Awarded for the most outstanding research presentation.
  • Silver Medal – Recognizes the second-best presentation.
  • Bronze Medal – Honors the third-best presentation.

Eligibility:

Open to all professionals, researchers, and students presenting their work at the conference. The research must be focused on topics related to agriculture and its allied sectors.

Evaluation Criteria:

Candidates will be judged on the following aspects

  • Scientific Merit: Quality, originality, and significance of the research.
  • Presentation Skills: Clarity, engagement, and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Innovation: Novelty in the approach, methods, or solutions proposed.
  • Relevance to Agriculture: Impact of the research on agricultural development, sustainability, or practices.
